Golden Catalyst LLC (“Golden Catalyst,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Ignite™ Platform, BehaviorStack™, and various software applications, websites, AI systems, tools, products, services, and related technologies, including but not limited to HeartSpark™, MarketSpark™, and future applications, platforms, digital services, APIs, integrations, or technologies developed, owned, operated, licensed, or maintained by Golden Catalyst LLC (collectively, the “Services”).

Ignite™ Platform serves as the ecosystem infrastructure layer for various Golden Catalyst LLC Services and may provide centralized authentication systems, AI orchestration services, behavioral intelligence systems, APIs, integrations, communication frameworks, analytics systems, automation technologies, and shared account services across multiple compatible applications and platforms.

The Services may evolve over time. This AI Disclosure applies to all current and future Services unless otherwise stated.

All Services are provided by Golden Catalyst LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

1. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Services utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, behavioral intelligence technologies, predictive systems, recommendation engines, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted generation systems. These systems may generate:

• communication suggestions and behavioral insights,
• probabilistic recommendations and predictive outputs,
• summaries and automation workflows,
• content generation and decision-support experiences.

2. BehaviorStack™ Technology

BehaviorStack™ is a proprietary behavioral intelligence framework developed and operated by Golden Catalyst LLC. BehaviorStack™ technologies may analyze contextual inputs, communication styles, interaction tendencies, behavioral signals, engagement metrics, usage patterns, and other platform activity to improve personalization, communication assistance, relevance, and probabilistic user experiences.

BehaviorStack™ is designed to enhance user experiences and improve relevance, not to manipulate users, deceive individuals, or guarantee outcomes.

3. AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, produce incomplete information, reflect probabilistic predictions, vary depending on user inputs, generate unexpected responses, or become outdated over time. Users are solely responsible for reviewing outputs, verifying information, exercising independent judgment, and determining whether generated content is appropriate for use.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Golden Catalyst LLC makes no guarantees regarding communication success, relationship outcomes, behavioral predictions, business performance, financial outcomes, predictive accuracy, or decision-making results. Use of the Services is at the user’s own discretion and risk.

5. No Professional Advice

The Services do not provide legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, medical advice, psychological counseling, relationship therapy, or licensed professional services. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational, educational, productivity, communication-assistance, automation, or entertainment purposes only. Users should consult qualified professionals before making important decisions.

6. AI Infrastructure & Third-Party Providers

Certain AI functionality may rely on third-party AI providers, cloud infrastructure vendors, machine learning platforms, APIs, automation systems, and external processing services. Golden Catalyst LLC does not control third-party AI systems and is not responsible for provider outages, external infrastructure failures, independent third-party actions, model inaccuracies, or interruptions caused by external services.

7. Experimental & Evolving Systems

Certain AI systems, automation features, behavioral intelligence capabilities, recommendation systems, or integrations may be experimental, beta, preview, or early-access functionality. Experimental systems may change without notice, become unavailable, produce inconsistent results, or operate differently over time. Users acknowledge that AI systems continue evolving and may not always function as intended.

8. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for evaluating AI-generated outputs, verifying information accuracy, complying with applicable laws, using generated content responsibly, and exercising independent judgment. Users should not rely exclusively on AI-generated outputs for critical decisions.

9. Cross-Service AI Systems

Ignite™ Platform may provide shared AI infrastructure, orchestration systems, behavioral intelligence systems, automation frameworks, analytics technologies, or personalization systems across multiple Services operated by Golden Catalyst LLC. Certain AI capabilities may operate across compatible ecosystem applications or future Services introduced by Golden Catalyst LLC.

10. Future AI Services

The Services may evolve over time and may include future AI systems, APIs, behavioral intelligence technologies, automation systems, integrations, communication frameworks, recommendation engines, or predictive technologies introduced by Golden Catalyst LLC. This AI Disclosure applies to all current and future Services unless otherwise stated.
