Support is available for all current and future Services operated by Golden Catalyst LLC.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for standard support responses. Response times may vary depending on request complexity, support volume, platform maintenance, holidays, ongoing investigations, or verification requirements.
Account & Security Requests
For account-related, security-related, privacy-related, or deletion-related requests, please include your account email address, affected Service, username (if applicable), and a detailed description of the request. For security purposes, additional verification may be required before certain requests are processed.
AI Platform Notice
Certain Services operated through Ignite™ Platform utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, behavioral intelligence technologies, recommendation engines, predictive systems, and automation frameworks. Certain Services or platform capabilities may be released as beta systems, preview functionality, experimental tools, or early-access features. Experimental systems may change without notice, become unavailable, experience interruptions, or operate inconsistently. Users acknowledge that experimental systems may not function as intended.

Platform Availability
