Data Deletion

Golden Catalyst LLC (“Golden Catalyst,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Ignite™ Platform, BehaviorStack™, and various software applications, websites, AI systems, tools, products, services, and related technologies, including but not limited to HeartSpark™, MarketSpark™, and future applications, platforms, digital services, APIs, integrations, or technologies developed, owned, operated, licensed, or maintained by Golden Catalyst LLC (collectively, the “Services”).

This Data Deletion Policy applies to all current and future Services unless otherwise stated. All Services are provided by Golden Catalyst LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

1. Requesting Data Deletion

Users may request account deletion, profile deletion, removal of stored personal information, deletion of submitted content, deletion of AI interaction history, or deletion of associated account data. Deletion requests may be submitted by contacting: privacy@goldencatalyst.ai

2. Information To Include

To help process requests efficiently, users should include:

• account email address,
• affected product or service,
• username (if applicable),
• and a detailed description of the deletion request.

3. Identity Verification

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, Golden Catalyst LLC may require identity verification before processing deletion requests. Verification procedures help protect users from unauthorized account deletion requests.

4. Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 business days after verification. Certain requests may require additional time depending on account complexity, legal obligations, ongoing investigations, technical limitations, or security concerns.

5. Data That May Be Retained

Golden Catalyst LLC may retain certain information where reasonably necessary to:

• comply with legal obligations and maintain financial records,
• comply with tax or accounting requirements,
• enforce agreements and resolve disputes,
• prevent fraud or abuse and investigate security incidents,
• preserve platform integrity and protect users and infrastructure.

6. Shared Ecosystem Infrastructure

Ignite™ Platform may provide shared infrastructure or unified account systems across multiple Services operated by Golden Catalyst LLC. As a result, deletion of one Service account may affect authentication access, synchronized account systems, integrated platform functionality, or connected ecosystem Services. Certain information may remain temporarily synchronized across compatible systems until deletion processes fully propagate.

7. AI & Behavioral System Data

Certain AI-generated interaction data, behavioral inputs, automation logs, analytics records, or system optimization data may be temporarily retained for platform security, abuse prevention, debugging, operational integrity, or model improvement processes where permitted by applicable law. Golden Catalyst LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimize retained identifiable information following approved deletion requests.

8. Third-Party Providers

Certain information may be processed or stored by third-party vendors including cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics vendors, AI infrastructure providers, communication services, and automation systems. Golden Catalyst LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate deletion requests with applicable providers where appropriate and legally required.

9. Residual & Aggregated Data

Certain anonymized, aggregated, non-identifiable, or statistical data may remain after deletion where such information no longer identifies individual users. Secure backup copies may temporarily persist until normal backup rotation cycles complete.

10. Account Access After Deletion

Once deletion is completed, accounts may become permanently inaccessible, associated content may not be recoverable, subscriptions may terminate, and certain ecosystem Services may no longer function. Users are responsible for exporting or saving any desired information before submitting deletion requests.

11. Children's Data

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. If Golden Catalyst LLC becomes aware of unauthorized collection of information from minors, commercially reasonable efforts will be made to remove such information promptly.

12. Future Services

The Services may evolve over time and may include future AI systems, APIs, automation technologies, behavioral intelligence platforms, communication systems, or digital services introduced by Golden Catalyst LLC. This Data Deletion Policy applies to all current and future Services unless otherwise stated.
